- Your 90-day sales history is the asset. Most dealers skip this step because it's tedious. The agent's margin model is only as good as the turn data you feed it. Spend an evening building this sheet. It is the single highest-leverage hour you will spend on this build.
- Start with two channels, not all of them. Most dealers turn on every scraper on day one and get buried in alerts. Pick the two channels where your competition is weakest (usually Marketplace and a regional Craigslist) and master those first. Add channels as you trust the system.
